If you login to our Tech Services portal, you can view your existing support tickets, view our knowledge base for helpful tips and troubleshooting, and also edit your profile to include your Building, Room and phone extension (so that we can more easily and more quickly provide assistance!)

Once at the Tech Services portal, please click on Login in the upper right corner. | |
Click the "Continue with Google" button near the bottom of the window. | |
The first time that you click this link, you may be asked Choose an account or to Sign in to Google. Sign in to Google with your email address and password, or click your name in on the Choose an account screen. | |
At the Sign-in to Freshdesk window, verify that it shows your email address and then click Continue. |
You'll now be able to view the Help Portal. Here you can view your tickets, submit a new ticket, and browse our help articles (like this one!).
