Click on your initial in the upper right corner.
Click My profile
Add or edit the entries for Location, Room Number and Extension. You can also add your mobile phone (only if you are okay with us reaching out to you on your mobile! Adding your mobile phone is completely optional). Click Save at the bottom of the window to save your updates.
